Easter Egg Hunts

As it’s coming up to the Easter holidays, its time to get the family out and about and having some fun.

Guests staying at our North Yorkshire hotels are invited to pop along and see just what The National Trust are up to at their various stately homes throughout the region.

Across North Yorkshire The National Trust will be throwing themselves into Easter celebrations. This Easter Bank holiday weekend they will be running Easter trails and egg hunts. The trails are kindly sponsored by Cadbury who have donated all of the prizes, so there’ll be tasty chocolate treats just waiting to be won!

These Easter events include:

Beningbrough Hall and Gardens, York

Great fun Easter trails for all the family, £2 a trail. Easter event includes Face Painting, the Easter Bunny & much more.

Nunnington Hall, near York

Come and join in the Easter weekend fun with a special trail for families. Trails cost £2.00 and participants get a free Cadbury egg and nature quiz to take away. Free children’s face painting is also available on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.

Treasurer’s House, York

Follow the special children’s Easter Holiday trails through the house to claim a prize. Two trails run, one that is suitable for 4-7 year olds and the other for ages 8 upwards.

Fountains Abbey & Studley Royal Water Garden, North Yorkshire

Easter trails, chocolate eggheads, face painters, story telling, children’s entertainer and Cadbury play equipment.

Dates: 12 April 11am – 4pm, 13 April 11am – 4pm

National Trust Coastal Centre, Ravenscar

Follow the self-guided trail around Ravenscar and solve the puzzles to win an Easter treat!
